Webinar Series: 5 - “Challenges in Infusion Therapy Management During COVID 19 Pandemic” was organized by INS Malaysia. 9th INS India Annual Conference with the theme “Advancing Infusion Standards: Beyond Excellence” was held virtually. Dr Jeya Devi Coomarasamy, President of INS Malaysia was invited as one of the panelists in the virtual forum “Role of Professional Bodies in Healthcare Quality Monitoring”.

A scientific session on the “Updates to the INS Infusion Therapy Standards of Practice (2021)” was held after the 2nd Annual General Meeing at HCTM auditorium. Ms Kerinjeet Kaur from 3M Malaysia presented on “Infusing new standards of practice with anti-microbial dressing, passive disinfection ports on needleless connectors and dressing securement” whilst En. Mohd. Faqaruzi bin Ripin from BD Malaysia gave a quick overview of the 2021 INS Standards of Practice.
